These Terms apply to the Her Best Angle mobile app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to them.

1. Tips, not guarantees

The App gives photography and posing suggestions. Results depend on light, location, your phone and the people in the photo.

2. Be safe and respectful

Only photograph people who are happy to be photographed, and respect local rules and other people’s privacy. Never put yourself or anyone else at risk for a photo — stay out of traffic, off rails and away from cliff edges, and watch your footing on stairs, wet ground and uneven surfaces. You are responsible for where and how you take photos.

3. Free to use

The App is currently free, with every feature included. If optional paid features are ever added, people who used the App during the free launch (“founding members”) will keep everything that is free for them today at no charge. Any paid features would be offered through Apple with their price shown before purchase.

4. Your photos

Photos you take with the App belong to you.

5. App content

The example images in the App are AI-generated illustrations and do not show real people. The App’s design, text and images belong to Her Best Angle. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute them. Apple, iPhone and other names are trademarks of their owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. Apple’s terms

Because you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms, Apple’s agreement takes priority.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
